1 Tbsp coconut oil ( or other high heat oil for searing)

¾ Pineapple Juice

2 Tbsp Organic Gluten Free Tamari ( or soy sauce)
•
2 Tbsp Mirin ( Japanese cooking wine)
•
2 Tbsp Coconut Vinegar
•
Juice of one med lime (About 1½ Tbsp)
•
2 Tbsp Honey
•
4 cloves garlic, minced
•
3 tsp ginger, minced
•
1 cup fresh pineapple, small dice
•
⅓ c green onion, finely diced
