2 lbs Halibut fillets, cut into portions
¾ cup Pink salad shrimp
½ cup Pepperjack cheese, shredded
2 cups Green onions, chopped
2 tbsp Water chestnuts, cut into thin julienne strips
2 tbsp Bacon, crisply fried and finely chopped
2 tbsp Pimento, chopped
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lemon juice
