INGREDIENTS

Cheese Dough:
•
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, Shredded
•
1 Cup Fine grain semolina
•
1 Cup sugar
•
1 ½ Cups of water
•
½ cup of unsalted butter
•
1 Tbls Rose water
•
Filling:
•
1 Pint of half & half milk
•
1 Pint of heavy whipping cream milk
•
6 Tlb. of Corn starch
•
1/4 Cup of Sugar
•
1 Tbls of Orange Blossom water (Mai zaher)
•
Simple Syrup: (prepare ahead and set aside)
•
2 Cup of Sugar
•
1 Cup of Water
•
1 Tsp of orange blossom
•
1 Tbls of Lemon juice
•
Filling:
•
In a non stick pan add all the filling ingredients together, stir well until it thickens to a very thick custard consistency. This should be prepared ahead, so that it will be settled, cold and ready to be used. It is best if you prepare the filling
