Half a medium white onion chopped into rings and then halved
•
1/2 cup chopped white onion (about half a medium white onion)

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

2 medium sized green bell peppers cut into strips

2 1/4 tsp. ancho chile powder (divided into 2 tsp and ¼ tsp)

2 tsp. cumin

1/2 cup chopped lettuce
