Frosting {I used Wilton Decorator Icing}
•
Ice cream cones, sugar or waffle
•
Gumdrops or Spice Drops
•
White nonpareils sprinkles
•
Candy sticks or candy canes
•
A small amount of melted chocolate to hold the stick in the cone
•
Sharp knife and cutting board
