2/3 cup Guinness stout
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup unsalted butter (12 tablespoons)
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
2 tablespoons Irish cream (I used Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon)
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
