2 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon caraway seeds

1-1/2 cups (1/2-inch-thick) diagonal slices carrot
1-1/2 cups (1/2-inch-thick) diagonal slices parsnip
1-1/2 cups baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved
