Ground Turkey with Carrots, Peas and Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey (don't use all white meat)
2 Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
2 Carrots, large
1 Sweet Peas, 15 oz. can
¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
