1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 bay leaf
1 red bell pepper, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup black (forbidden) rice
4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves
