1 1.25-ounce packet of La Preferida Taco Seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 28-ounce can La Preferida Red Enchilada Sauce
6 tablespoons oil, (for lightly frying (coconut, canola or corn))
10 6-inch flour tortillas
1 cup diced onions
1 4-ounce can La Preferida Diced Green Chilies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 large jicama, (rinsed)
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup toasted pepitas ((pumpkin seeds))
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1 ounce lime juice ((about 4 limes))
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
