INGREDIENTS
8 to 12 lbs whole, wild-caught, Alaskan salmon
4 tablespoon course salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 lemons
1 bunch dill. You can also add thin slices of onion. Paul Prudhommes Seafood Magic, or seasoning or basting flavor of your choice.
