Grilled Ribeye with Carmelized Onions & Gorgonzola Steak Butter

2 large Vidalia onions, sliced 1/2 inch

1 pinch cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon GCooks Creole Soul seasoning
1/4 pound butter, softened
1/4 pound gorgonzola, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
