INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, fresh minced
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, crushed
1 tablespoon oregano, fresh minced
1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into 3/4-inch cubes [can alternately use extra-firm, pressed tofu or tempeh cut into cubes]
1-3/4 cups California green seedless grapes
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
