zest of 2 lemons, plus 2 more lemons (total of 4), sliced in half
•
3 sprigs of rosemary, chopped

3 cloves of garlic, grated or finely chopped
•
1/4 cup of olive oil
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
1 teaspoon pepper
