Ingredients: 1/2 lb frozen cod or other mild whitefish fillets, thawed; 1 tbls Land O Lakes Butter, melted; 1 (2.5 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix; 1/2 c sour cream; 2 tbls milk; 12 hard corn tortilla shells or soft flour tortillas; 4 oz (1 c) shredded Cheddar Cheese
