For the peach salsa:

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
•
3 Tbsp honey
•
3 large peaches (peeled & diced)
•
1 small jalapeno pepper (seeds removed & chopped)
•
2 Tbsp red bell pepper (small dice)
•
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
•
1/4 cup red onion (small dice)
