INGREDIENTS
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 2 lbs.), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lemon
1 large clove garlic, peeled
1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
1 small yellow onion, quartered
1 small red chile, stemmed and seeded
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons garam masala (or ground cumin and coriander)
Salt
2 medium red onions, each cut into 12 pieces
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 prepared naan or pita, toasted and butterd, for serving
