1/2 cup olive oil
•
1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

Oil for brushing grill
•
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
•
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
•
1 teaspoon kosher salt
•
2 ears corn on the cob, shucked
•
1 5-ounce package of leafy green lettuce
•
1 firm-ripe avocado, sliced thin
