Ingredients: 2 tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar; 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce; 5 garlic cloves, (peeled and finely chopped); 2 teaspoons kosher salt; 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil; 2 sprig of fresh rosemary; 2 lb (900 g) steak of your preference ((I used beef round top round steak))
