Green Salad with Piquant Dressing

This salad has a south-of-the-border flair. Serve it with Refried Beans or Black Bean Chili.
1 head leaf lettuce
3/4 cup cooked kidney beans
1 avocado, diced (optional)
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup finely shredded red cabbage
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ketchup
