1/4 cup old fashioned oats

2 tablespoons cookie butter (I used creamy Biscoff Spread)

a pinch of ground cinnamon
•
1/2 cored green apple (I used granny smith), with skin still on
•
1/2 frozen banana
•
1 cup ice cubes
