INGREDIENTS
1 large cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
2 tablespoons olive oil + more for greasing the baking dish
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
1 to 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
2 tablespoons lightly toasted pine nuts
14 to 16 Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
fresh ground black pepper to taste
juice from 1 small lemon (2 tablespoons)
1 1/2 to 2 cups feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup bread crumbs
