1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes (halved (or slice heirlooms when in season))
1 English cucumber (sliced)
1 avocado (peeled, pitted and sliced)
1/2 cup kalamata olives (sliced into thirds)
4 oz feta cheese
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice ((from 1 large lemon))
1 garlic clove (pressed)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
