  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (not bottled)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon basil leaves (optional)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano leaves (optional)
