1/2 cup 120ml Red wine
2-3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 L Milk
120 g Butter
120 g Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
85 g 3oz Parmesan cheese
