Ingredients: For the Cake; 2 cups sugar; 3 eggs; 1 cup vegetable oil; 1 cup applesauce; 2 Teaspoons pure vanilla; 1 medium orange juiced(approx 1/4 cup); 3 cups all purpose flour; 1 Teaspoon baking soda; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 Tablespoons cinnamon; 1 teaspoon nutmeg; 3 medium to large granny smith apples peeled , cored and diced; 1 cup pecans chopped; 1 medium orange; For the Glaze; 1 cup powdered sugar; 1 tsp orange zest; 1/4 teaspoon orange extract; 2 Tablespoon milk
