Ingredients: 2/3 C brown sugar; 2 Tbsp corn starch; 1/8 tsp salt; 2 C milk; 2 egg yolks, beaten (keep the egg whites for the meringue); 2 Tbsp butter (I have also used margarine); 1 tsp vanilla; 1 9" baked pie shell
