Ingredients: 1 small cake compressed yeast or 1 package dry yeast; 1/4 cup lukewarm water; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 2 cups sifted flour; 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons soft butter; 1-1/2 teaspoons Ceylon True Cinnamon; 1-1/2 tablespoons plus 1/2 cup sugar; 1 egg yolk; 1/2 cup milk, scalded and cooled (to scald, heat until bubbling around the edges); optional - nuts; 4 tablespoons melted butter
