Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup Dark Karo Syrup
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup melted butter or fat
- Beat eggs, add sugar, syrup, a dash of salt.
- Add melted butter mix well.
- Add vanilla last & mix.
- Put pecans in the pie shell and pour the mixture over the pecans.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350o.
