3 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. malted milk powder
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. water
2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
3 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
oil
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 large egg yolk
Optional toppings: coarse salt, shredded orange Cheddar, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, or other toppings
