2 chicken legs including thighs

2 spring onions cut into 3 cm long lengthways

1 teaspoon ginger chopped really finely

1 handful of peanut, fry it with a little bit oil until it’s turn brown colour and sprinkle a pinch of salt for seasoning.

10~20 dried chilli, cut it to half

Seasonings for marinade chicken:

1 teaspoon sugar
•
2 tablespoon soy sauce
•
1 tablespoon rice wine
•
1 tablespoon potato starch
•
1 teaspoon salt

Seasonings for this dish:

1 tablespoon soy sauce
•
1 tablespoon water
•
1 teaspoon sesame oil
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
