3 cloves of garlic ((but 2 is plenty))

1/4 cup quality olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

freshly ground black pepper

1 tbsp ghee or butter
•
2 cups long grain rice
•
3 cups chicken broth
•
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
•
1/2 tsp cumin powder
•
1/2 cup yogurt
•
1 tbsp mayonnaise
•
1 tsp sugar
•
1 tsp white vinegar
•
1 tsp Lemon juice
•
1 tbsp roughly chopped parsley ((must be fresh!))
