3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup water

1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Filling:
3 strips bacon, uncooked
3 eggs, large
4 oz fresh goat cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1 pinch kosher salt
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup Fisher® Pecan Halves, coarsely chopped
1 bunch chives, small (optional)
