1/2 cup banana
1/2 cup seedless green grapes
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 apple
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 ounces fresh or no-sugar-added canned pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup ice
