INGREDIENTS
For the pie crust:
•1 cup plus 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour

•2 tablespoons granulated sugar

•4-5 tablespoons very cold water
For the filling:
•1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) plus 1 tablespoon canned coconut milk, divided
•1 tablespoon espresso powder
•2 tablespoons granulated sugar
•Pinch of salt
•1 tablespoon cornstarch
•3.5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For topping:
•3/4 cup heavy cream
•2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
•1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
•Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
•Toasted coconut flakes
