INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
