INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour (see Note)
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups warm milk (120-130 degrees F)
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
