1 1/2 cups high quality gluten free flour (we use (we use GF Mama's Almond Blend or Cup4Cup)

1 tsp xanthan gum (if using GF Mama's, omit if your flour contains xanthan gum)

1 T baking powder
•
1/2 tsp baking soda
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
•
1/3 cup club soda or unflavored, unsweetened, sparkling water
