INGREDIENTS
115g gluten-free rolled porridge oats
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 egg yolk (replace with 1-2 tablespoons of cold water for a vegan option)
3 tablespoons cold water
a little oat flour / neutral-tasting gluten-free flour for rolling
