1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)

2 teaspoons (6 g) instant yeast (or 1 tablespoon active dry yeast)

1 teaspoon (4 g) sugar
•
1 teaspoon (6 g) kosher salt
•
3/4 cup (6 fl. oz.) warm water (about 100°F)

3 tablespoons (42 g) extra-virgin olive oil (plus an extra tablespoon for drizzling)
