2/3 cup (107 g) brown rice flour
2/3 cup (83 g) tapioca starch
1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) ground ginger
1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking powder
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon (5 ml) xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) ground cloves
1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (110 g) brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup (60 ml) unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup (125 ml) fancy molasses
1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
2 large eggs
