1/4 cup brown sugar
•
2 tablespoons butter**
•
2 tablespoons molasses
•
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
1 teaspoon ground ginger
•
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
•
1 large egg, room temperature
•
1 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/4 cup milk**
•
For the coating -
•
1/4 cup butter**, for dipping
•
1/2 cup powdered sugar
•
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
•
** Substitution Solution - Use dairy-free butter and dairy-free milk to make these donuts dairy-free
