3-5 small red chilis some chopped, some whole

1 green pepper-chopped
•
1/3 cup chicken broth
•
1/2 Tbsp mirin (sweet rice cooking wine)
•
2 Tbsp Gluten Free soy sauce
•
2 Tbsp sugar
•
1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
•
1 Tbsp Gluten Free oyster sauce
•
1/2 tsp sesame oil
•
toasted sesame seeds
•
oil for frying
•
White rice for serving
