INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup raw pecan halves
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons organic dark brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and still hot
1 egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon sweet white rice flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, (coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup))
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt, (such as Maldon brand)
