3/4 cup of walnuts
•
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbs of sugar
•
4 Tbs room temperature butter
•
1 egg
•
3 large Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch slices
•
1 Tbs gluten free flour
•
juice of 1 fresh lemon
•
1 tsp of vanilla
•
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
•
1/4 tsp nutmeg
•
2 Tbs of fig jam
