2 3/4 c. (350 g.) cake flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/4 c. (150 g.) light muscovado sugar
3 medium apples, such as Coxes
3/4 c. (100 g.) soft pitted dates, roughly chopped
1/2 c. (50 g.) pecans, roughly chopped
6 tbsp. apricot jam
