Give pepperoni pizza the salad treatment

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons chopped sundried tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 pinch sugar
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pop tube thin-crust pizza, such as Pillsbury
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for sprinkling
6 ounces pepperoni, cut into thin strips
3 hearts romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1/2 cup chopped banana peppers
1 cup small cubed mozzarella cheese (not fresh mozzarella)
