• 1 cup warm milk (100° to 110°F)
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/3 cup molasses
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
• 4-1/2 to 4-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1-1/2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
• 1-1/2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Ground Ginger
• 1-1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
Frosting:
• 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
• 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
