1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 cup Fresh Ginger (peeled and grated)
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
2 1/2 cups Carrots (grated, about 1 pound)
3/4 cup Hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
For the Frosting
8 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (softened)
8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
3 cups Confectioners’ Sugar
1/4 cup Molasses
