•
2 tsp onion powder
•
2 tsp garlic powder
•
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
•
1/3 cup lukewarm water
•
To serve:
•
2 cups no sugar added marinara sauce
•
1/4 cup of water
•
grated parmesan cheese
